He was predeceased by: his father David John Pugh, Sr.; his children, Daniel Pugh, Jr., Sherry M. Higgins and Elaine M. Pugh; and his brothers, David Pugh, Jr., Thomas Pugh, Walter Pugh, James Pugh, Earl Pugh, Stewart Pugh and Timothy Pugh.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Gilliam (John) and Gabriel Pugh; and his siblings, Elaine Ellison (Larry), Dr. Lawrence "Larry" Pugh (Beverly) and Edward Pugh (Rosie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
