He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arthur Belcher and Thelma Bailey Cothren; his stepfather Howard Cothren; and his sisters, Nancy Belcher and Joyce Straehla (Ned).
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Belcher, Jr. and Scott Belcher (Cindy); his grandchildren, Ashley Belcher, Bonnie and Cassidy Belcher; the mother of his children Ruth Belcher; and his siblings, Bill Belcher and Deanna Belcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations be sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
