She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brandon and Lora Moore Brandon; her husband Pat Murphy McMahan; and her siblings, Lawrence, Hugh, Orville, Pearl Burnette, Beulah Brandon and Evelyn Monteith.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Michael McMahan (Janelle) of Black Mountain and Jack McMahan (Rachel) of Black Mountain; her grandchildren, Brandon McMahan (Stephanie), Bradley McMahan (Hannah) and Emma Buchanan (Ray); and her great grandchildren, Ellie McMahan, Raelynn, Rylee Buchanan, Gabriel Becker and Anastasia Luibel.
