She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kelch and Freda Henderson Kelch; her brothers, Billy, Robert and Claude; her grandmother Lee; and her grandson Benjamin Morrow.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Segur; her children, Tammie Earwood (Darrell) of Fairview, NC, Margarett Elmonus of Fairview, NC, Tonya Kim (George) of Columbus, NC, Tina Arnall (Jeremy) of Chattanooga, TN and Melissa Moses (John) of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Megan, Tommy (Shanaya) of Stephen, CJ, Tim, Harley (Tim), Alexa, Judah, Jason and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Bren, Lillyann and Raelynn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harwood Home For Funerals (208 W State St, Black Mountain, NC 28711). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Will Follow the Funeral Service.
