She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Martin and Dallas Martin of Swannanoa's Beacon Village; and her grandson Will Monroe. She is survived by: her sister Mary Foster; her children, Janet Marsh and Bryan Ward; her nephew Luke Garrison (Donna); her grandchildren, Rachel Ward Morris, Ezekiel Ward and Kara Monroe; and her great grandchildren, Bryan Morris and Joseph Monroe Carney.
