He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blevins and Bertha Cox Blevins; his brothers, Harold, Jimmy, Don, Lowell Sr. and Williams Blevins; and his nephew Jimmy Blevins.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Glenn Blevins of Mountain City, TN, Bertha Lee Houser of Creston, Charlene Blankenbeckler of Mountain City, Patricia Lowther, Lowell Blevins, Jr. of Creston, Mary Eastridge of Warrensville and Sheri Plum of West Virginia. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
