He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Cook Ballance; his son David "Matthew" Ballance (Allie); his stepfather Dorothy'Dot" Johns (Rick); his brothers, Jerry White and David Walston (Louise); his nephews, Garrett Walston and Blake Walston; his brother-in-law Steven Cook; his niece Brittany Cook Johnson; his sister-in-law Amy Bissette (Steven); his nieces, Cassie Bissette and Kelsey Bissette; his aunts and uncles, Mel Goodman (Pat), Cliff Goodman (Joyce), Marilyn Harpin (Robert) and Faye Infinger (Steven); his cousins, Ken Lucas and Trent Lucas; his close friends, Jimmy and Martha Renfrow; and his friend Matthew.
