It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Serena Pridgen (Black Creek, North Carolina), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Rudolph Pridgen; and her parents, Daniel Barnett and Pauline Barnett. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Pridgen (Dianne) of Black Creek, Tim Pridgen (Julie Holland) of Lucama and Tony Pridgen of Wilmington; her brothers, Calvin Barnett of Florida and Steve Barnett of Maryland; and her grandchildren, T. J. Pridgen, Scott Pridgen, Dana Glover and Leanne Kintzele. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
