He was predeceased by: his parent Nicanor Perez. He is survived by: his mother Anita Baltazar; and his children, Ruben Perez, Bulmaro Perez, Jesus Perez, Idael Perez, Julbert Perez, Eli Perez, Reynel Perez, Ana Marie Perez and Berenice Perez. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren.
