He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Puckett and Cora Bowman Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley McNeil Puckett; his sons, Mike Puckett (Carlanna) of Eagle Springs and Jeff Puckett (Rhonda) of Sanford; his siblings, Louisa Freeman (Reid) of Eagle Springs, Lucille Brit of Star and James Quesinberry of Mt Airy; and his grandchildren, Michael Curtis Puckett, Madelyn Rachel Puckett, Kare Leigh Puckett and Katelyn Ann Puckett.
