He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eldridge and Pearl Dennis Parsons; and his siblings, Robert, Garrett, Ralph, Jody, Johnny Parsons, Katherine Loflin, Brenda Sanders and Elaine VonCannon.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Parsons and Arthur Deaton; and his brother Toney Parsons (Janie) of Denton.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wadeville Baptist Church Cemetery (144 Shoe Factory Rd, Mt Gilead, NC 27306).
