He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Opal Diane Ritchie Hall; his children, Bobby "Buddy" Hall, Jr. (Kristen) of Wilmington and Shari "Lisa" Herring (Robert) of Marston; and his siblings, Eddie Hall (Carol) of Troy and Elsie Hall Rushing (Bill) of West End. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
