He is survived by: his spouse Lannis Sutton of Kenansville, NC; his sons, Ricky Sutton (Jennifer) of Kenansville, NC, Ronnie Sutton of Albertson, NC, David Sutton (Eva) of Albertson, NC and Brandon Whitfield (Natalie); his siblings, Sherry Heft of Smithfield, NC and Dwight; his sister-in-law Sandra Davis; and his grandchildren, Kyle Sutton (Alicia), Trent Sutton (Tiffany), Corey Sutton, Ree Ann Sutton, Braydon Whitfield and Hannah Whitfield.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church (1127 North NC 903 & 11, Kenansville, NC 28349).
