She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Westbrook, Warren Earl Westbrook, Glenn Westbrook and Robert Allen Westbrook; her granddaughter Bobbie Doris Taylor; and her daughter-in-law Doris Griffin Mercer. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garner Funeral Home (209 W Peyton Ave, Kinston, NC 28501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 US-70, Kinston, NC 28504).
