Josephelaine is survived by: husband Bill McDowell; sons, Bobby Jo (Blue), John Worley and Dale Sandlin (Jennifer); and stepchildren, Jimmy Sandlin (Sue), Michael Sandlin (Beverly), Bill Jake Worley (Peaches), Donas Lynn McDowell (Annette), Billy Ray McDowell, Jr. (Trina), Gloria Carawan (Curtis) and Nickey Sue Worley Dunn (Ervin). Josephelaine is also survived by Great-Grandchildren: 56, and many nieces and nephews.
