She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Lanier and Edna Rosa Raynor; her husband Andrew Jackson Henderson; her son David Henderson; her grandson Ty Henderson; and her siblings, William Earl "Dick" Lanier, Roy Allen Lanier, Edna Mavis Lanier and Elbert Delano Lanier.
She is survived by: her children, Randall (Nancy) of Burgaw, NC, Rhonda Tyler of Morehead City, NC, Christopher (Susan Henderson) and Danette (Allen Heath); her daughter-in-law Melony Henderson of Wallace, NC; her sister Darlene Lanier; and her sister-in-law Marie Lanier. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
