She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Williams and Josephine Bostic Williams; her husbands, Millard Alvin Decker, Jr. of Beulaville, NC and William Cauley of Jacksonville, NC; and her siblings, Donald Williams, Doug Williams, Elton Williams and Carol Bass.
She is survived by: her brother Danny Williams (Margaret) of Jacksonville; her sons, Philip Decker (Teresa) of Kinston and Kim Decker (Jeannie) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Chris Decker (Jessica) of Kinston, Cameron Decker of Raleigh, Aaron Decker (Hope) of Raleigh and Ryan Decker (Abbey) of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Anna, Riley, Grace and Catherine; her sisters-in-law, Ruby Williams, Flora Williams and Peggy Fiorvanti; and her aunt Marie Gillenwaters. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
