He is survived by: his wife Annie Ebron; his children, Marvin Ebron of Suffolk, VA, Tony Ebron of Rocky Mount, NC., Toya Ebron of Durham, NC and Lisa Nixon of New Bern, NC.; his siblings, Bessie Piggott of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Alberta Atkins of Hamilton, NC., Roy "Tom" Ebron of Tarboro, NC, James "Bud" Ebron of Washington, DC and John "Nan" Ebron of Greenville, NC.; his grandchildren, Byron Ebron, LaQuan Nixon, Denae Ebron-Nesbitt and Tony Ebron, Jr. (Parisha Ebron); and his daughter-in-law Monique Ebron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
