She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Ruth Price Whitehurst and Kenneth Bryant Whitehurst. She is survived by: her pets, Bella, Charlie Brown and Rosebud; her husband Walter Melvin Williams, Jr.; her daughter Amanda Whitehurst Purvis; her son-in-law Corey B Purvis of Bethel; her granddaughters, Kyrsten Lynn Pearce and Alanna Faye Purvis of Bethel; her stepchildren, Walter Melvin Williams III (Jennifer) and April Nicole Bryant (Tommy); her stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Wyatt and Toby; and her brothers, McDonald Ray Whitehurst "Donnie", Charles Bryant Whitehurst and Kenneth Brooks Whitehurst "Brooks" (Heather). She is also survived by her grandchildren and daughter that were her world, as well as her family.
Tammy and the family have asked to not send flowers, but to donate to an animal shelter because her heart was to help animals , the family appreciates all of the thoughts and prayers.
