He is survived by: his parent Minnie Rogers Owen; his wife Naomi Burnette Owen; his daughters, Debbie Russell (Gary), Jan Macolly (Jim) and Sandy Moore (Joe Arwine); and his grandchildren, Aaron Owen, Kayla Cacicia (Zach) and Justin Moore.
