Bullock of Hyattsville, MD and Patrina Best; and her siblings, Michael Best of Maryland, David Best of Washington, DC, Harvey Best of California, MD, Milton Best of Bethel, NC, Elgin Best of Wilmington, NC, Alonzo Best of Rocky Mount, NC, Cynthia Horne of Raleigh, NC, Brenda Best-Petty of Clayton, NC and Carolyn Shaw of Bethel, NC. She is also survived by one grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
