She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parmerter and Carrie Parmerter; her husband James Thornton; and her children, Julia Corbett, Cheri Thornton and Ron Poidevin.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Allison, Lara Gibson, Cary Thornton and James Thornton, III; and her brother Gorge Parmerter, Jr.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; multiple greatgrandchildren; along with numerous friends, family, and children.
