He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Irvin Briley, Jr. and Kathleen Whichard Briley; his wife Sheila Baker Briley; and his brother Kelton Ray Briley. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Briley of Cary and Tommy Case (Laura) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Josh Tyson, Christine Evans, Ashley Anderson and Ryan Case; his great grandchild Sunny Anderson; and his siblings, Julie Briley Brown (Mike) of Snellville, GA and Henry Irvin Briley, III (Cory) of Wallace, NC..
