She is survived by: her husband Henry Grimes Jr.; her daughter Teresa Spencer (Thomas) of Bethel, NC; her brothers, Victor Grimes (Tick) of Robersonville, NC, Terry Grimes of Greenville, NC, Chuck Grimes (Martha) of Greenville, NC, Booty Grimes of Smithfield, NC and James Henry Grimes (Joannie) of Windsor, NC; her goddaughter Carolyn Seabrook (Mike) of Robersonville, NC; her siblings, Margaret Lawerence (Ronnie) of Bethel, NC, Edna Lawerence of Bethel, NC, Fannie Andrew of Bethel, NC, Lucille Thompson of Robersonville, NC and William Henry Wilkin of New York; her brother-in-law Ernest Andrew of Bethel, NC; and her close friends, Dwight Richardson, Annie Lee Grimes, Mary Wilson and Mildred Little. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
