He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Frank Sr. and Ada Marie Wilson Frank; and his siblings, Annie Mae Ward, Dorothy Robertson and Charlie Frank Jr. (Bojack).
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Frank; his daughters, Adrienne Frank of Brooklyn, NY and Tanesha F. Reed (Melvin) of Stokes, NC.; and his grandchildren, Aaron Spruill of Greenville, NC, Traymon Spruill of Fayetteville, NC, Kedrian Spruill of Stokes, NC. and Lontrane'Reed of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
