He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Faye" Pitt; his sons, Darrell Exum and Marcus Exum of Greenville, NC; his sisters, Girtie Mae Pitt of Williamston, NC and Joyce Wilkins of Bethel, NC; his siblings-in-law, Mary Spragley of Winterville, NC, Willie Allen (Ann) of Rocky Mount, NC and Earnest Allen of Hamilton, NC; and his aunts, Minnie Pearl Little of Greenville, NC and Gertrude Godard of Everetts, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
