He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Westmoreland Kincaid and Ira Raymond Kincaid; his wife Ernestine Frost Kincaid of Bessemer City; his children, William I. Kincaid, Jr. of Bessemer City, Donald F. Kincaid Sr. of Gastonia, Sylvia K. Pinson of Raleigh, Karol K. Whitmire of Bessemer City, Joan K. Riddle of Bessemer City and Melanie K. Echerd of Gastonia; his siblings, Kenny Kincaid, Ronnie Kincaid, Jane K. Washam and Penny K. Williams; and his grandfather Bill.
