She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James Edward "Buddy" and Virginia McDaniel Williams; and her sons, Aaron and Chris Barrett. She is survived by: her husband Bill Mason of Kings Mountain; her son Jimmy Barrett (Barbie) of Kings Mountain; her grandson Alec Barrett; her goddaughter Christy Hutchins of Kings Mountain; her sister Carolyn Edmiston of Garden City; and the father of her children Tommy Barrett of Kings Mountain.
