She is survived by: her sons, Ed Foster (Jennifer Rivera) of Spartanburg and Marcus Kent of Bessemer City; her sister Ginny Tumbleson (Bob) of Charlotte; her sister-in-law Addie Belle Wray of Kings Mountain; and her close friend Myrtle Johnson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
