He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Lausterer and Dorothy Pearl Davis Lausterer. He is survived by: his son Eric Paul Lausterer of Novoto, California; his brother Robert Lausterer of Lincolnton; and his close friend Danny Pfeifer of Crouse.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions social distancing and masks will be required. Burial will be private.
