He was predeceased by: his parent Marshall Lee Hill; and his sister Judy Loletta Hill. He is survived by: his parent Mabel Beach Hill; his spouse Kay Todd Hill; his children, Rickey Hill Jr. (Sherry Ammons Hill), Ronnie Dean Hill (Lisa Wentz Hill), Les Waller, Stacey Price (Todd) and Kiley Bledsoe (Greg); his grandchildren, Lee Holcombe, Jessie Hill, Tyler Hill, Carson Waller, Taylor Bumgarner, McKayla Price, Alyssa Smith and Ava Bledsoe; his sister Rita Hill Short (Joe); and his aunt Betty Martin.
