He is survived by: his father Rudolph Hicks; his children, Tiffany Nicole Hicks, Olivia Waddell, Hannah Tester, Nathan Price (Patricia) and Pansy Billings; his siblings, David Rudolph Hicks and Lori Atwell (William); and his grandchildren, Kaydance, Azariah, Aleigh and Heidi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
