It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Farris (Bessemer City, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Farris and Jennie Carpenter Farris; his wife Barbara Farris; his son Eric Farris; his grandson Austin Farris; and his siblings, Roy Farris and Betty Jean Farris.
He is survived by: his son Darren Farris (Selina); his grandson Seth Farris; and his brother Bobby Farris (Martha).
