He is survived by: his wife Tommi Splawn; his daughter Jessica Splawn; his brothers, Randy Splawn (Lori), Steve Splawn (Lisa) and Scott Splawn (Melanie); and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Hampton, Kristina Bradley, Adrian Splawn, Joshua Splawn, Zackery Bradley, Zak Splawn, Luke Splawn and Logan Splawn. He is also survived by six great-nephews; one great-niece; numerous cousins and great friends.
