She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cantrell and Flora Best Cantrell; and her husband Herbert L. Dixon, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Herbert L. Dixon Jr. of Bessemer City and Duane Dixon (Gina) of Bessemer City; her grandchildren, Duane Dixon Jr., Ashlee Dixon, John Dixon, Herbert L. Dixon III (Danelle), Ashley Lewis (Damon) and Todd Parker; and her great grandchildren, Allie, Jaylin, Johnathen, Bailee, Averie, Emma, Maleiya, Draiden, Chase, Carson, Camden and Cooper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
