He was predeceased by: his parents, Burgess Nelson Thomas and Bessie Hudson Thomas; his wife Barbara Clark Thomas; and his daughter Angela Dawn Bolander. He is survived by: his daughter Marcie; his son-in-law Gary Morgan; his sisters, Ann Duncan and Marie; his brother-in-law Phillip Kiser; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Rebecca Thomas; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Ashley and John.
