She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kay Murray and Florence Sellers Elmore; her husband Jack R. Costner; her son Jeffrey Costner; and her siblings, Johnny Murray, Margie Murray and Frances Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Costner (Kathy) and Linda Costner Thomas (Terry); her sisters, Janie Black and Carolyn Wilson; her grandchildren, Bobby Costner (Julie), Scotty Costner (Audrey), Regina Crayton (Lance), Michael Costner, Todd Thomas, Brent Thomas, Kelly Thomas and Paula Costner; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Costner, Adison Costner, Emily Costner, Leanna Crayton, Emily Crayton, Gavin Thomas, Kylie Thomas and Caleb Costner; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Dominick Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
