He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hedrick and Mildred Lequire Hedrick; and his son Charles Hedrick. He is survived by: his wife Alba Hedrick; and his children, Agee Hedrick, Glen Hedrick, Sheila Hedrick Porch, James "Peanut" Carter, Allie Hedrick, Travis Hopper, Buckie Hopper and Sarah Hopper. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
