She was predeceased by: her father Roy Coleman; her husband Lewis R. Futch; her sister Mary Ann Perin; her stepchildren, Tammy Futch and David Futch; and her granddaughter Amanda Waddell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Debra Lynn (Kenneth), Bryan Stokes, Chris Stokes, Kim Stokes and Joe Stanfield; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Clemmer, Jeremy Stroud, Jessica Costner (Joe) and Cortney Cooke (Michael); her granddaughter Danielle Lavender (Shad); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Addie, Kennedi, Little Man Kane, Ashton Cooke, Katelynn Costner, Zakkary Stroud and Todd Stroud; her aunts, Lorene Messer, Ethel Messer and Omalee Stokes Armstrong; and her sister-in-law Pat Whitaker.
