He is survived by: his mother Patsy Summitt; his wife Peggy Summitt; his children, Kyle Summitt (Kasey) and Hannah White (Sean); his sisters, Kim Freeman, Amy Gilliland and Jill Fields; his grandchildren, Alex Summitt and Hadley White; and his mother-in-law Judy Wood.
