He was predeceased by: his mother Estelle Townsend Brackett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Melton Brackett; his son Ray Brackett (Peggy); his stepsons, Clay Carver and Chris Carver (Kim); and his sister Ruth Wright. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
