He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Navey (Danny) of Shelby; his granddaughters, Brittany Dedmon (Clay), Taylor Packer (Austin Pearson) of Shelby and Kelli Navey (Alastair Swan) of Charlotte; and his great grandchildren, Hadleigh and Bristol Pearson of Shelby.
