He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Martin; his children, Garry Fuller Costner (Carol) of Salisbury, NC, Iva Jean Floyd (Preston) of Gastonia, NC and Troy Martin (Hope) of Mooresboro, NC.; his grandson Stephen Costner (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Chase and Logan; his grandson Kevin Costner (Kellie); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Riley; his children, Alauna, Caroline, Lily and Ivy; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandie Blanton (Brandon Collins), Michelle Walker, Jamie Martin (Brandy) and Katie Martin.
