We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2021, at the age of 88, Iris Dameron (Bessemer City, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Nichols and Fannie Gentry Nichols; her husband Ira Sylvanus Dameron; and her son Hubert Craig "Buddy" Dameron. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine D. Anderson; her grandchildren, Missy Turner and Chuck Anderson; her great grandchildren, Daniel Seth Turner and Skylar Mae Turner; and her great great grandchild Luke Owen.
