Helen Long Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2020, at the age of 93, Helen Long of Bessemer City, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Victor and Nonnie Leazer Taylor; and her husband Paul McGee Long. She is survived by: her children, Paula Dixon (Carlton), Allen Long (Susan), Peggy Jenkins (Scott) and Chris Long (Shelia); her stepson Paul Long (Kitty); and her grandchildren, Jennings, Amanda, Erika, Scottie, Paul, Mikael, Ian, Maria and Garrett. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 107 E. Washington Avenue, Bessemer City.
