With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grady Daniel Truett Sr. of Bessemer City, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Truett and Nellie Truett; and his brothers, David, Larry, Bob and Frank Truett.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Truett; his sons, Grady Truett Jr. (Ashley) and Gary Truett; his brother Johnny Truett; and his granddaughters, Josie Truett, Isabella Truett and Emily Truett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel (216 Archie Whitesides Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
