He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Williams and Ada Eaton Williams; his wife Monika Fehring Williams; his daughter Rhonda Whitlock; and his grandchildren, Heather Jade, Joshua Corbin and Adam Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Chavis of Marietta, GA, Melody Etherton (Micheal) of Crouse and Jerry Williams, II (Lisa) of Clayton; his sisters, Shirley Smith of Tampa and Carol Selby of Indiana; and his great great grandchild Laylah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
