He is survived by: his wife Ruby Pauline Kiser Flack; his daughters, Cathy Johnston and Carol Carpenter; his brother LeRoy; his sister-in-law Eva Flack; his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnston, Tracy Carpenter, Tony Carpenter and Casey Johnston; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Caleb, Bethany, Julianna, Braydon, Kaylynn, Dylan, Natalie, Jeremiah and Willow; and his great great grandchildren, Trinity, Lila, Savannah, Ella, Lucas, Brycin, Nora, Emery and Joshua.
