He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Kiser Penner; and his sister Joan Penner Berry. He is survived by: his wife Mary Penner; his stepchildren, Wayne Leary II (Jennifer) and Lisa Marrocco (David); his siblings, O. G. Penner (Nell) and Patsy Welch; and his brother-in-law Dave Berry. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
