He is survived by: his sons, Charles Howard Jr. and David Howard (Jessica); his sister Judy Butler; his aunt Pat DeBellis; his grandchildren, CJ Howard III, Brittany Shelton, Aaden James Howard, Madison Allene Howard and Noah Richard Howard; and his great grandchildren, Valek Shelton and Peyton Shelton.
